Additional Changes to Military Spouse Provisional Admission Application Requirement
The Supreme Court of Virginia amended Rule 1A:8 effective September 15, 2026. Effective immediately, the Court has authorized the Board to waive the MPRE requirement under Rule 1A:8(2)(c).
