A list of Law Schools approved by the American Bar Association (ABA) is available here.**Effective July 1, 2021, graduates of non-ABA approved law schools are eligible to apply for the Virginia Bar Exam provided they meet all criteria established by § 54.1-3926 of the Code of Virginia.
