Fees

All Application fees for the Virginia Bar Exam must accompany the proper form of Application.

All fees must be paid by Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check ONLY. No personal or company/firm checks will be accepted. An Incorrect Payment Fee will be charged if you submit a personal check, company/firm check, incorrect fee amount, or for non-payment.

Checks must be made payable to "Virginia Board of Bar Examiners." One or multiple check(s) are acceptable. All fees are non-refundable.
