Photo ID

A Photo ID is an identity document that includes a photograph of the holder. The most commonly accepted forms of Photo ID are those issued by government authorities, such as driver's licenses and identity cards, but other Photo IDs are acceptable, such as school IDs or access control cards.

Bar Exam Applicants are required to bring 1 Photo ID bearing their full legal name to the exam and a copy of the same Photo ID must be submitted with their Application.

Valid Photo ID forms are:

  • Current driver’s license
  • Passport
  • School photo ID
  • Government/state issued photo ID
