Driving Records

Character & Fitness Questionnaire:

You must contact the Department of Motor Vehicles for any state in which you have held a license in the last five (5) years and obtain a current driving record (certified or non-certified) from each of those states. Such record must be dated within 60 days of submission to the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners.

Character & Fitness Update Form:

You must obtain all current driving records (certified or non-certified) where you have been licensed since your last submission to the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners. Such record must be dated within 60 days of submission to the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners.
